3. Shipping & Delivery

- We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, road closures).
- If no one is available at the delivery address, items may be left at a safe location or rescheduled at an additional fee.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations at least 48 hours before delivery – Full refund (minus a 5% processing fee).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery – 50% refund.
- Same-day cancellations – Non-refundable.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged upon delivery.
- If there are issues with your order, contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos.
