Shipping Cost
We provide free delivery for all orders across Singapore except for the following:
Extended Delivery ($25 per location): Army Camps, Tuas, Jurong Island, and Sentosa.
Specific Time Delivery ($25 per location): Pin-point timing delivery.
When Will My Order Arrive?
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
- Next-Day & Pre-Order Delivery: Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
- Delivery Time Slots:
- Day: 10 AM – 5 PM
- Evening: 6 PM – 10 PM
What Happens If I’m Not Home?
- Our delivery team will attempt to contact you upon arrival.
- If no one is available, the item may be left at your doorstep, reception, or a designated safe place.
- If re-delivery is required, a $25 redelivery fee may apply.
How to Cancel My Order
We understand plans change! Here’s our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before delivery – Eligible for a full refund (less a 5% processing fee).
- Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery – 50% refund applies.
- Same-day or last-minute cancellations – Non-refundable as items are already prepared.
