Updating Credit Card Information
If you need to update your payment details:
- Log into your account and go to Payment Methods.
- Remove the outdated card and add a new one.
- Save changes for future transactions.
For one-time purchases, you can enter a new card at checkout without updating your stored payment method.
Invoices & VAT
- We do not charge GST (Goods & Services Tax) at this time.
- An electronic invoice will be sent to your email after a successful purchase.
- If you need a formal invoice for business purposes, please contact us with your order details.
Payment Refunds
We strive to provide the best service, but in cases where a refund is required:
- Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within our cancellation policy timeframe of 48 hours from date of order.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-refundable items include orders that have already been processed, delivered, or specially customised.
